Bill Adams, vice president of customer support, oversees OSI’s national customer service network including project management, design, engineering, production and supplier relations. His primary responsibility is to ensure OSI’s customers receive exceptional service throughout their entire engagement with OSI Creative.
Bill is an accomplished business leader with proven ability to optimize operations for emerging companies seeking rapid growth. His experience managing complex custom product lines provides OSI the backbone to expand its offerings while remaining focused on the unique needs of each customer.
Bill is passionate about leveraging the diverse capabilities of his team members to ensure every project runs efficiently and delivers the innovative solutions OSI’s customers have come to expect.
In his free time, Bill enjoys traveling with his wife and two boys, volunteering at his sons’ high school, exploring local beaches, surfing, skiing, and a variety of outdoor activities.
