Vice President of Plant Operations
Mark Hacker, vice president of plant operations, has more than 28 years of experience in operations and management, as well as sales, procurement and project management.
As the vice president of plant operations, Mark is responsible for production operations, procedures, quality and budgets, in addition to the overall production team. With a dedicated team and strong core values, Mark strives to provide excellent customer service and 100% customer satisfaction. Mark is involved with some of OSI’s largest customers and has been influential to the long-term success of those business relationships.
Mark joined OSI 17 years ago. In 2000, he moved from Southern California to Chicago, Ill., to assist the company in the launch of additional operating facilities. He continues to look for opportunities to help OSI achieve its goals and become an industry leader.
Prior to joining OSI, Mark spent 10 years working in the aerospace industry for a large government contractor, McDonnell Douglas. In this position, he gained valuable knowledge and strengthened his skills in operations, production, scheduling and project management.
Away from the office, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, Chrissy, their five children and their grandchildren. He is also active in his church, charity organizations and his community. In his free time, Mark enjoys being outdoors, golfing and traveling.
